DELIVERY

After receiving your order, DYNAMIS Jewelry will process your order. Each piece of our jewelry is handmade, and each piece has a different processing time. This can vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on the item. 

We do everything we can to make the processing time as short as possible so you can get the jewelry you have purchased as fast as possible.

If you need your item by a certain date, please contact us. We would be happy to do our best to ensure it arrives on time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping notification.

If the package isn’t send yet, you can change your order. Send an email to dynamisjewellery@gmail.com

Please keep in mind, that all shipping transit times are business days (Monday - Friday) and typically do not include weekends. If you have more questions or concerns please contact customer support.

Please note: Due to COVID-19, shipments to foreign countries may be delayed. We cannot give an indication of the delivery time.

 

Holidays

Due to public holidays, you must take into account a longer processing time in order to avoid any disappointment. 

 

Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped to a destination outside Canada, import duties and taxes may apply. You are responsible for paying these import duties and taxes. DYNAMIS Jewelry has no control over these costs and cannot predict the amount. DYNAMIS Jewelry recommends that you contact the special customs for further information.
